Description:
Manual arc welding requires iron solid wire and coating electrode. The arc burns between the bottom of the electrode and the work piece. The core material is used to provide necessary filler material for the molten pool. The arc and molten pool can be protected by the protective gas and flux produced by the coating during the welding process, so that the production welding can not be affected by harmful gases. Welding produces welding fumes and intense light.
